I really appreciated how accommodating Karma was with the pickup arrangements, especially with the last-minute time changes and confirming the location with images. even did a drop off which was so sweet highly recommend

I am extremely thankful for the books! They showed up on time, and even dropped them off which was very nice of them, and they were so kind! Overall a great experience
