Latoya was incredibly flexible, letting me know I could pick up earlier than planned, which was so helpful. They were clear about the meetup instructions and made the pickup process super easy. 😊

Latoya was so accommodating and confirmed they would have the masks ready for my husband when he arrived. It made coordinating the pickup really easy.
