BuyerUniversityShe sometimes did not respond to me as quickly as I expected, but I guess she was a little busy which I understand. Nevertheless, she gave a quick tutorial of how to use the torch and how to refill it with butane. She was also on time with the meet up and was very friendly. Worth buying this product!
