She has been polite, friendly & prompt and clear in our communication throughout. She was patient and understanding of some inevitable pickup date changes, even when she was offering a Freebie item (while a majority of people would not be patient nor flexible/understanding when lasting a Freebie, often expecting you to pick up immediately). The thoughtful and understanding attitude is Much appreciated, as is the freebie. Thanks again!

Friendly, meets on time, replies quickly, game boxes and cards were kind of beat up and bent but everything was there 🙂

This was a thoroughly wonderful experience. I was interested in these gorgeous boots and even though I could not make the original meet l, she held them for me to come another day and met me outside. She was so kind to wait for me to try them with my orthotics and I loved them. Ahe emailed me to check how they were too which was so kind. Awesome Karroter. Thank you!!
