Nikki

Very polite and answered my questions They were really clear about pickup times and locations, and were very patient as I tried to coordinate my schedule.

I found Nikki to be very upfront about the item, confirming it was free and that the cord wasn't included. They were flexible with pickup times and gave clear instructions on where to find the item.

Items in wonderful shape. Clear, quick to respond, and friendly! Just a pleasure to deal with.

Nikki was very friendly. She also gave useful suggestions on how to make better use of the item. Thanks.
