Teresa was super flexible with meeting times, very clear about where to meet up and payment preferences. She took all safety precautions and was really friendly and explained the bags story too! It was lovely meeting her. All in all it was a fantastic experience and I am very happy with this gorgeous bag! I wear it everyday. :)
