My deal with Ian was great. Except for me standing in front of the wrong house. LOL 😆 Thankfully he saw me a few doors down, It's was easy to know because I had my cart with the bag removed so it acted like dolly for the air purifier. I really appreciated Ian's flexibility and willingness to hold the air purifier for me until the end of the month.

Ian was flexible with the pickup time and kept me informed throughout their journey.
