Joel

Joel was very flexible with meeting times and dates, even when we had to reschedule. They were clear about their availability and confirmed when they could make it. I appreciated Joel's patience and understanding when I needed to adjust our meeting plans. They confirmed they could still meet and were on time for our rescheduled meetup.
