I appreciated how they confirmed the pickup time and let me know exactly when they were close by.

Vashti was great! She was right on time, she was friendly and she even explained very patiently how to use the TV and everything! And the stand that came with the TV has been great!

I really appreciated the heads-up when she was on her way, and it was a smooth pickup process overall. 🤝
