Once again had a great experience with William, wish it was always this easy. My son is learning how to fix watches so this is going to be a great opportunity to work on some of these thanks again William!

I was worried about it not working well, and he send me a video of him turning it on. I really love it! It’s much nicer than I expected. The sound quality is so good.

Very clear, concise, and had zero ambiguity in communication.

I finally got this casio compass in the old retro style, wearing it right now, minor battery change and it's running great! 💯😃

William was so responsive and clear about the pickup location, making it a breeze to arrange. I appreciated how William's mom was ready to meet me when I arrived, ensuring a quick and smooth pickup.

He was quick and on time to respond to the chat when I went to pickup.
