They were super clear about pickup timing and kept me updated when they were on their way, which I really appreciated. It was great that they were flexible with the meeting time and confirmed everything clearly beforehand.

I had to drive to richmond and load up my small cargo van and transport the item back to my place and bring it up to my apartment and set it up and i'm really quite happy with this glass table and I loved the metal chairs. He was also very clear about the address and the arrangements, making everything run smoothly. 📦
