Shivani

I walked to pick up item and she gave me a glass of water!! Shivani generously included extra items and kept them set aside for pickup.

I appreciated that Shivani was flexible with the price and pick-up times, and was very accommodating when my husband went to collect the book. 🌸

very good and patient with the transaction even when I was having issues with my bank.
