Sushma

Arranging the pickup went well, as Sushma messaged upon arriving at the meeting spot.

Sushma arrived exactly when agreed and let me know the moment they reached where we agreed to meet.

Sushma asked helpful questions about the item condition before we met.

I found Sushma to be a good communicator throughout our back-and-forth about meeting times. Thank you Sushma! 😊 💓

They were really good at communicating and letting me know when they could make it.

I appreciated how quickly they confirmed they could pick up today!
