It was great that Humberto was flexible with the pickup time and confirmed they were coming to my location.

Humberto was very clear about needing to try on the item for their dog and asked good questions about fitting, which I really appreciated.

Humberto was super quick to respond and arranged to pick up the item right away. Very nice gentleman!

He was flexible about picking up the item and even asked about grooming for his dog, which was great.
