She is very friendly.

I loved that Suzi was so understanding about my transportation issues and willing to meet in the lobby. She was very kind and actually carried the clock, which is huge, to my space. Some people you just find that you’re surprised they’re not your friend because you’re so terrific and Suzie is one of them

She made the pickup process really easy by providing the address and buzzer code clearly.

A very nice and genuine lady! Gave us so much more than what the items are in the listing. 😊
