Fatma

They were late but showed up. No cell service on subway.

Amazing person who greeted with a smile. was super helpful and amazing to deal with!

Fatma was so flexible with the meeting time, even when I was running late from work. They provided clear pickup details.

Fatma was great at coordinating pickup, confirming the timing, and letting me know once the item was picked up.

She even helped me get the item into my vehicle.

Very friendly! Answered my questions and waited patiently as I figured out e-transfer.
