I really appreciate that they were clear with communicating about the item's condition and their willingness to coordinate delivery with my husband. Kathy was incredibly kind and accommodating, offering to deliver the sofa and even throwing in a blender and end table for free because they were moving anyway. 10/10 would do business with them again! ☺
