I thought they were really clear about the pickup time and address, and they were happy to dismantle the item for me. It was nice that they were open to coordinating a specific pickup time.

Maheen gifted me some tropical potting mix. She was flexible on pick up day/time, was prompt in her responses and was friendly. She also suggested an alternate pick up spot so that it would be easier for me to park. Thanks, Maheen!
