Melissa

Melissa communicated clearly about their arrival and checked for parking instructions to ensure everything went well when they reached the pickup location :)

Keeping me updated on their travel status made for a clear plan when Melissa arrived. Sweet student from Emily Carr - I hope she enjoys playing it!

easy hand off, very responsive!

Melissa was super communicative and flexible when coordinating pickup, even arranging for a friend to come when they couldn't make it themselves.
