Zom messaged when they were on their way and again upon arriving at where we agreed to meet. Communicated clearly and arrived at the spot where we agreed to meet.

Zom was super responsive and flexible, agreeing to an early morning pickup that worked for both of us.

Even though they were running late, Zom kept me updated and was very apologetic, which was thoughtful. 🕒
