I really appreciated how patient they were when my family emergency came up, and they were willing to reschedule our meetup.

Could not have been better. The plants are beautifully cared for, pots were included. Was not there was a sense of trust she placed with me picking up. She also provided the names of each plant so I could look into toxicity to pets. Some of the plants are non toxic so they have a new happy home. She was wonderful patient and u derstanding about importance of pets or as I like to call them, our kids, and helpful to assist with the whole process

Charlene was really nice and flexible with the meet-up time and location, even when my schedule kept changing. They were great at communicating where they would be for the pickup and made sure I found them.

Charlene was incredibly helpful and understanding, guiding me through the Karrot app when I was having trouble.
