I appreciated their flexibility with the meetup location and they were very prompt in confirming the pickup time. and they were also really clear about the item having LED lights and sent a video so I could hear the keyboard sound before committing.

Lucia was great about keeping me updated, even with the holiday delays. I appreciated the quick responses and clear communication. Everything went perfectly!
