I found them to be very communicative throughout the entire process. They were upfront about their mobility scooter, which was helpful for coordination.

Had everything packaged and ready to go when I arrived. I didn't have to pack the 28 bags of briefs. Even helped to carry it down to the loading dock.

Even when she had a slight delay, Kristina kept me in the loop. It made the whole experience simple and stress-free. 🤝
