I appreciate that Gillian had change for me and that she made the pick up process very easy.

Gillian was great with coordinating the pickup, even when we had to reschedule due to unexpected circumstances.

Her husband helped my dad carry the shelving unit which was very nice and helpful. They were both friendly and accommodating. I very much appreciate it! Gillian was easy to communicate and arrange with. She was clear with the address details and instructions for when I arrived. The product was in very good condition like described. Everything was awesome!
