I found them to be very accommodating when I requested to pick up the item the next day.

Natasha was incredibly responsive, arrived early, and gave me a free tote bag to carry my 15” sailfish sculpture home in. She also gave me a free cow sculpture when I mentioned that I had newly become a professional sculptor and wanted the sailfish so I could steal ideas from it. Now I can steal ideas from the cow, too!
