Ryan was super helpful in coordinating a pickup location downtown that worked for both of us, even suggesting a spot with rain cover.

Easy communication the way it should be 🙏

I had a great experience with the seller, who was incredibly accommodating and willing to meet at a more convenient location for me. They were also very upfront about what was included with the bike and even found a helmet!
