Shehla naz

Shehla shared the meeting location clearly to help with the pickup.

Shehla left the item out on the porch and shared a photo to confirm where to find it.

Shehla coordinated with a friend so I could get item, I really appreciate it, now I have a backup battery for work.

Shehla went out of the way to drop off the item for me. Communication remained consistent throughout the entire process and they provided updates when the item reached the drop-off spot.
