Very nice person, easy communication and came on time.

HL was super communicative and clear about what they were looking for in the monitor, even asking about the monitor arm compatibility, which I appreciated. They were also very polite and understanding about the price, working with me to reach a good deal.

It was really no problem at all coordinating with HL to pick up the bike, even when there was a slight delay. Their communication was excellent throughout, letting me know what was happening every step of the way, which was super helpful.
