They were really understanding when I had to adjust my pickup plans due to illness and were ready with the item when I could finally make it.

I was so happy to get the free towels and they were very upfront about them being used. Fathie was exceptionally kind.

They were completely able to work with me regarding pick up time and day as I could not get there on the same day, I saw the listing. Both barstools were carried to my car.

Fathi was super responsive and confirmed that the Apple Watch worked perfectly before I came to pick it up.
