I found them to be very clear about the meeting time and location, even providing specific directions like "in front of Starbucks" with a green bag.

I was so grateful for Eve’s patience and understanding when I was running late due to unforeseen circumstances and kept pushing back our meeting time, she was very kind about the situation which I appreciated very much :)

The meet up was very smooth and she was exactly where she said she'd be plus she was on time.

They were great about coordinating the pickup and letting me know exactly where to meet them.
