Tina was really communicative and let me know in advance when they couldn't make the original pickup time. They were flexible and happy to reschedule, which made things easy.

Tina was very friendly and so were her parents, who came with her (who the purchase was for). She let mw know when she arrived and where so that I could meet her in a safe location to complete the transaction.
