Haley was very understanding and patient with me while I co-ordinated a truck from someone else to pickup. She accommodated and worked around my work schedule and is very easy to get along with. The item (loveseat) is just as described in the ad and the quality is very good for a used item. I needed a smaller couch/loveseat to fit into my new studio apartment, and this is absolutely perfect.
