Shubham was very responsive and clear from the start when I asked about the phone; he answered all my questions right away.

Unfortunately he could not make our time today which I fully understand. Unfortunately I was msg that he was on his way when I was resting he came and I had no clue. Shubham asked me to go ahead and make the book active again because he has a busy schedule coming up.
