Rielly was really flexible with pickup times and locations when my own schedule kept changing.

Rielly was very interested in the item and was easy to coordinate with regarding pickup, even when plans had to change.

Rielly was punctual and precise about the meet-up location. I found it reassuring to hear back from them on the day of the item pickup too.
