This was one of my best experiences on online marketplace. Jessica was very helpful and even had a dolly for safely carrying the sofa to my car. She was kind enough to hold it for me as I needed to get it after rush hour, which made a big difference due to the ongoing construction in Gardiner. The item was in excellent condition as well. She was very helpful and kind - I hope to see people like her more often because that is rare.
