Melissa was incredibly flexible when plans changed and accommodated the new time to meet where we agreed.

Melissa was so helpful in providing the IKEA link and details about the item, and they were really flexible with coordinating the pickup time. And I appreciated how accommodating Melissa was with the pickup time.
