BAL Membrane (Uncoupling Anti-Crack Matting for Tiling)

Flexbone Membrane (Uncoupling Mat for Tiling) I have a leftover roll of BAL Flexbone uncoupling membrane after a kitchen renovation where we laid porcelain tiles. The roll is still substantial, but I’m not exactly sure how much is left. It’s orangey-red with a grid pattern. These rolls typically sell for £12–£18 per square metre when new and come with a 25-year warranty. I’m looking for advice on how to estimate the remaining size and what a fair resale price would be.
