Good condition has a couple of nail marks in the base due to me hanging names on it. Comes with 2 clean mattresses always used mattress protectors on them. 2 clean summer duvets and 2 clean winter duvets also you can have the bedding. The top bunk has hardly been used and the bedding has just been used for show. Must be able to collect asap. Clean pet free smoke free home
