Comes with adapters and raincover ! Just a heads up the raincover has small tiny hole but still able to use as it dont affect anything in the rain. The car seat has a tiny rip on the material but doesnt cause any affect in anything The sit up, bed universial seat and car seat overall needs some cleaning. Everyhting works fine and comfortable to take baby out etc.
