At the pickup time, I didn't check the items at all because I have had positive experience with the same seller in all previous transactions. I found out the damage when I inspected the puppets carefully before put them to a wash. The seller was not aware of any issues of the puppets and confirmed they were new and unused. Just my luck has run out.
