Vince was super understanding and easy to coordinate with. When I asked if he could hold the item, he was willing and so quick to respond with flexible meet up times. Cannot thank Vince enough for this fun and cute camera + case!! Item was in great shape and he even changed to fresh batteries for me and tested the item out too. Very friendly and appreciated his kindness throughout the process
