Lori responded quickly and was able to meet up easily. She was extremely friendly, making the whole process a breeze. She encouraged me to look over the item to ensure it's what I expected, and she even included some additional things, which was super nice of her. I am very happy with the item, it's in great condition and she even found the original box so transporting it was a breeze. 10/10 experience.
