Mila

Mila was very responsive and quick to arrange a pickup, even when a previous pickup time had been missed. She was accommodating when I mentioned I didn't have a car and was willing to drive to my place. Even when it got cold, she was still willing to come to me, which was very thoughtful.

It was so easy to coordinate with Mila to meet up and get the book. I really appreciated her being upfront about needing to take the GO train; it's good to know someone is communicative and understanding of potential delays. 🤝
