Shyla was very communicative and upfront about everything, from the item's condition to her availability. She even dropped the price, which was a nice touch. Although there were a couple of hiccups with the pickup, Shyla was apologetic and did her best to make things right. I appreciated her kindness and flexibility. 🤝
