I matched the pendant and earrings with a bracelet from another top karroter and made an amazing water themed jewelry set to gift to my jowa on a dinner cruise, she dubbed the pendant "the heart of the lake" and her and her friends still gush about it months later. Shyla was very communicative and upfront about everything, from the item's condition to her availability. She even dropped the price, which was a nice touch.
