Katia was super communicative and kept me updated every step of the way, even when the initial pickup plan didn't work out. It was a relief to know that she was still interested and made an effort to arrange the pickup. She was also very considerate about the timing and confirmed her arrival, and even let me know her ETA; and it was awesome to see the desk set up in her home - I hope she enjoys it!

Katia was really accommodating when we needed to adjust the pickup plan because of the car situation, which made things much easier.
