Missy was really keen to get the boots for her daughter, and I appreciated her flexibility when plans had to change a few times. She was upfront about needing them quickly and was super understanding when I couldn't make earlier pick-up times work due to my own schedule. It was great that we could eventually find a time that worked for both of us, and she was really communicative throughout the process, letting me know when she was on her way.
