Loved meeting Lenora and the price is good. Package was incomplete though, no travel pouch (specifically mentioned as included in the ad) or charging base (charges with the included cord though). Initially I was very disappointed as the epilator attachment was stuck inside the protective cover. It took some doing but I used some pliers to get it out but tbh for a while I was worried I had been ripped off. But I got it fixed and it works well none the less, I am happy I bought it now.
