Package was incomplete though, no travel pouch (specifically mentioned as included in the ad) or charging base (charges with the included cord though). Initially I was very disappointed as the epilator attachment was stuck inside the protective cover. It took some doing but I used some pliers to get it out but tbh for a while I was worried I had been ripped off. But I got it fixed and it works well none the less, I am happy I bought it now.
