Ify was super clear and helpful, making sure I understood exactly what I was getting, which was great.

Their communication was excellent, and I felt like I was kept informed about the situation. 🤝

I’m happy they took the items! They were collecting dust in the closet hahaha

Even though I wasn't feeling well, it was a relief knowing she was understanding and patient with the pickup.
